The modern apartment located in Vilnius, Lithuania shows off a monochrome interior with a little industrial touch. The interior design of the apartment which only has a total area of 50 square meters is designed by the interior designer firm, Authentic Interior. Designers use several smart ideas to maximize the appearance of space.
The use of bricks, concrete and wood seems to dominate the entire interior. The apartment is divided into several areas, living room, kitchen and dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The living room accentuates the background of a brick wall and is equipped with a comfortable gray sofa and coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with a black wooden kitchen island and leaves little space for the dining area. The bedroom is predominantly concrete and equipped with black wood floor to ceiling cabinets. The bathroom is also dominated by concrete and a shower is provided.
One of the idea to make the appearance of the main area look broader is to install a large mirror to maximize the reflection of light and provide a visually roomy atmosphere. The designers also doesn’t use a lot of furniture in decorating the interior so that not much space is wasted.
