Inspired by the iconic glass houses of the mid-century, the spacious and comfortable residence located in Bangkok, Thailand is designed by Puchong Satirapipatkul. This house features a combination of modern and classical architecture. On the inside of this house offers airy open areas and cozy private spaces.
The exterior of the house consists of several distinct volumes that promote good relationships between indoor and outdoor. Some areas are covered by beam, and other areas are encased in glass. Unique layouts provide a dynamic perspective on the home. While the concept of living space without barriers provide fresh air and indirect sunlight on the entire area of the interior of the house.
The living room is crossed by a beam staircase and offers a comfortable airy area. The lower floor is a social area, while the upstairs is a private area. The dining room is located in a large open-air hall feature fishpond that serves as aesthetic and refreshing of the veranda and dining room. The kitchen area is predominantly honey-toned wood that confirms the warm and cozy atmosphere.
The home office is filled with a variety of cool decorations to spark the power of imagination and creative ideas. In the work area is also provided a small daybed for a short break. The master bedroom features a classic theme by applying a curtain to the bed and a ceiling fan. While the secondary bedroom is hidden above the loft area with black curtains that serve as privacy.
