The dwelling is positioned at the lower edge of the site in order to leave space for further construction. The house is located in a sloping location. The main entrance is placed on the ground level carport. While the second entrance is positioned behind the house directly into the living room.

The ground floor of this concrete house consists of a cellar, storage facilities, carport and main entrance. The intermediate level consists of master bedroom, two further bedrooms, a guest room, and bathrooms. While on the uppermost storey consists of a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge.
