The rustic industrial residence in Conduit Hill, in Rye, England is a charming residence that original structure of this house was built in the 1970s. And to make this residence look more modern added an extension by Martha Nowicka & Co.

The extension was rebuilt and designed adjust to the original structure of the building. While the original extension served as a garage. To adjust and complement the original tile in this house, architect using a pitched roof that is clad with local handmade clay tiles.

The house was built in two floors, the ground floor is composed of a dining area, kitchen and living space. While the upper level is private rooms include bedrooms with angled ceilings, and wooden partitions with brick accents.

The house is also still keeping the rest of the old building like a wood-burning stove that stands on a large concrete platform. In the kitchen is designed with a counter and backsplash made of Carrera marble. And a series of exposed brick and wood-clad walls accent maintain cohesiveness throughout the residence.
