Contemporary House in Belgium by Enplus Architecten

The house is situated in the middle of a large plot, in the middle of a block of this building was completed in 2012. The house is located in Ghent, Belgium. This house has a total area of 3,875 square feet of living space and designed by Enplus Architecten.

At the start of the construction of a new building, the old building are not torn down. The project was built in the same place at the location of the old building. Once the new building is completed, the old building torn down almost completely, only leaving a few walls were used as a border around the patio.

This house has a lot of storage space, including underground. In the semi-underground there are garage and split-level rooms. While on the ground floor there is a pantry, a dining room, a living room and a kitchen. In this space there is also a reading room with a large bookcase.

On top of the reading room there is a working space connected by stairs which can also serve as a podium and simple seating. While the private area is located on the first floor. Here there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a glass wall.
